That the Youth Welfare Department at the Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology in Al-Arish be a pioneer in integrated youth development, based on enhancing the personal and professional capabilities of students, and preparing them to be creative and effective leaders in their society.

In the Youth Welfare Department, we seek to develop comprehensive programs that focus on the intellectual, social, cultural, and athletic development of students. We are committed to providing a supportive educational environment that stimulates creativity, cooperation, and effective participation, with a focus on building the student’s balanced personality and his ability to contribute positively to society.
