To become a leading model, the Student Affairs Administration at the Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology in Al-Arish aspires to provide an integrated and supportive educational environment that contributes to the academic and social excellence of students. It aims to enhance the students’ personalities, enabling them to compete in the global market.
Mission
The mission is to deliver advanced educational and administrative services that assist students in maximizing the benefits of the institute’s educational programs. The administration works to facilitate students’ academic journeys through a comprehensive system of student services, contributing to the development of a conscious and innovative generation equipped with the necessary skills for excellence.
1.The medical examination report must confirm the student’s freedom from infectious diseases and their fitness for academic studies according to the rules set by the Higher Council for Institute Affairs.
2.The student must be dedicated to full-time study at the institute.
3.The student should have a clean record and a good reputation.
4.Students are required to pass personal exams conducted by the institute. The student’s success is a fundamental condition for acceptance, following distribution through the admissions coordination office for universities and higher institutes.
5.A new student is not officially enrolled in the institute unless they have paid the prescribed fees.
6.Students must attend classes, participate in practical exercises or research rooms, and attend the administrative council. Failure to comply may result in the student being prohibited from taking the entire exam or some subjects. If the student’s attendance is deemed unsatisfactory, they are considered failed in the courses for which they were denied the right to take the exam.
7.A student is not allowed to enroll in more than one institute at the same time. Combining enrollment in an institute not affiliated with the ministry or any university college is not allowed. Re-enrollment for a certificate already obtained is not permitted. Additionally, re-enrollment for another certificate from a similar institute is not allowed.
1.General Secondary Education (Scientific/Mathematics) or its equivalent from Egyptian or foreign certificates.
2.Al-Azhar Secondary School students.
3.Diploma from Industrial Technical Institutes.
4.Diploma from Industrial Technical Schools (3-year or 5-year system).
5.The institute accepts transfers.
Admission is facilitated through the coordination office or the office for foreign students for international students or through the transfer process.
